I won­der who the searchers are — per­haps peo­ple try­ing to get moti­vated to donate, peo­ple try­ing to ratio­nal­ize not donat­ing, or bio­med­ical ethics paper writ­ers? Any­way, I hadn’t donated blood in over six months …
